As the monastery has been always located in the more beautifull places on earth, this property enjoys a natural park around its 95ha of private lands which offers a unique stay of reconnection with nature far from the asphalt, noise and crowds.
The history of this property dates back to the 18th century, then expanded in the 18th century in the time of the monks, owners of this domain before being expropriated. It wasn't until the end of the 20th century that the house came back to life and grew as we know it today.
Description

Despite of its austere air of a monastery in the middle of the mountains, this house of character enjoys a natural park around its 95ha of private domain which offers to nature and tranquility lovers, a unique reconnecting stay away from the noise and crowds.

The history of this property goes back to the 11th century, then continues in the 18th century during the time of the monks, owners of this domain before being expropriated. It wasn't until the end of the 20th century that the house came back to life and grew as we know it today.

In the Solana valley, near the stream of the Ara, crossed by the stream of the Espuña, this property is only adjacent to the mountains and the accessible footpaths that run along the estate. It is considered by all those who have stayed in this charming hotel as a true heaven of peace and silence.

This charming hotel is the ideal place for a romantic stay, for a family home, or for a luxury rustic guest house which shares the 10 rooms suites, most of them with a breathtaking view of the mountains.

The 4 floors are divided into several sitting areas, the professional kitchen, a loft/studio on the top floor, and the restaurant room with fireplace on the first floor.

Formerly the property of one of the oldest monasteries in Spain around the year 1000, the house was modified and enlarged in the 18th century, then confiscated by the state in 1835, and finally tastefully renovated in the 20th century, preserving the Aragonese style of the area.

The old sacristy, which used to be attached to the chapel and the small house that made it up, can still be admired. Since then, the house has been enlarged and transformed into a charming Aragonese farmhouse where it is good to breathe peace and silence.

Silence and tranquillity are guaranteed in this green and peaceful setting.

Several stone houses can be renovated and more than 900m2 can be built according to the urbanistic norms of the region.
